Kurt’s positions have included State Manager, Global Sales Manager and Business Development Manager. In these roles Kurt has overseen operations including customer service delivery through both the corporate and retail travel outlets.
Kurt provides strategic direction to the business and is the driving force that supports long term partnerships with corporate and leisure clients and inspires the team with his passion and commitment which has created a harmonious, innovative and loyal team. Kurt is also an airline, airplane, airport junkie!
Kathryn Sari - Director: Kathryn has a Bachelor of Arts (Accountancy) degree from the University of SA and became a Chartered Accountant more than 25 years ago. Kathryn worked in several accounting firms before progressing through various Finance Management roles to General Manager for Loyalty Programs at Ansett Australia.

|Lisa Dawson - Senior Corporate Consultant: Lisa has worked in the travel industry for more than 15 years and specialises in both domestic and international travel corporate consulting. Lisa realised her focus was on maximising value for her clients was well suited to the corporate area. She spent many years as team leader for a boutique corporate agency providing a highly dedicated and personalised service to her clients. Lisa was also the lead consultant on the Visy travel account ($10m). Lisa is highly skilled with airline fares, procedures and policies, has a great passion for travel and works across many accounts from many industries.
Given her exceptional project management skills, Lisa has recently led the implementation and integration of the Concur Online Booking Tool for an existing corporate client. Lisa was the key liaison between the Concur Implementation Team and the Client and was instrumental in offering additional support to the client for client related action items to ensure the project was delivered on-time.
Jason Fowler - Senior Corporate Consultant: Jason is a fully qualified Corporate Travel Consultant who has a team of professionals who support him. Jason began his travel consulting career back in the days when flight bookings were made over the phone with the airline. Jason has specialised in corporate travel for nearly 20 years working with many Fortune 500 companies and has won numerous State and National Consultant of the Year Awards.
Jason continues to provide expert travel advice and exceptional customer service to many of our high profile customers, dealing with a variety of staff across each organization from the individual traveler to the EA and CEO.
Jason is a true travel professional who has been working in the industry for the past 27 years, he says that when he started there were no phones in the office, let alone computers!
He moved into Corporate Travel approximately 25 years ago and has never looked back. Over the years Jason has won many industry accolades including winning The Jetset Victorian Travel Agent of the year in 2006 & 2007 which then led to him being awarded National Travel agent of the year in those same years.
During his time he has been lucky enough to travel extensively for both personal and also business purposes, listing The Maldives, Paris & Singapore as some of his favourite places to visit.
|Michelle Sommers - Senior Leisure Consultant: Michelle has been assisting some of her clients for more than 25 years to create memorable holidays and still loves the challenge of arranging her clients’ next adventure.
Michelle has been a leisure consultant all of her working life and has clocked over 35 years in the industry. Michelle has been on industry familiarisations all over the world and has won many awards including the Consultant of the Year in 2011 and the Qantas Holidays Achievers Award each year for the past 5 years.
Of course Michelle has travelled extensively for both work and for leisure. Michelle’s favourites destinations are Paris for it’s beautiful tree lined streets with outdoor cafes’ to watch people going about their business and New York for the sheer madness of the place. So much to see & do with so little time!
|Jilda Jack - Groups And Leisure Consultant: Jilda looks after our Groups & Conferences department at VTM, handling some great Corporate Meetings, Incentives and Leisure travel events both domestically and overseas.
Originally in retail, Jilda has also won many awards including the Stella Retail Consultant of the Year in 2009 before making the move to Groups, bringing across 15 years in the industry.
Jilda has travelled many places across the globe for work and leisure, and loves the USA, Mexico and the Caribbean for a little relaxation and shopping. Jilda is another airline junkie!
|Amanda Parker - Junior Corporate Consultant: Amanda started her travel consulting career at VTM after completing the Jetset Training College Travel & Tourism course. Amanda has rapidly developed her consulting skills in the VTM corporate travel team.
Amanda has travelled on many industry familiarisations already and has travelled for holiday to many destinations.

Rita has been in the industry for almost 20 years, owning and managing her own travel agency, Global Travellers, for more than 11 years.
